Kamphoefner, Kathleen Egypt Kathleen Kamphofner, a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, Jerusalem, serves St. Andrew’s Church in Cairo. She is jointly appointed by the Evangelical Lurtheran Church in America (ELCA) and Global Ministries. She serves as the Joint Refugee Program Coordinator. Kathleen's appointment is also supported by One Great Hour of Sharing (OGHS). Pierce, Paul Egypt Paul Pierce, a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, Jerusalem, serves St. Andrew’s Church in Cairo. He is jointly appointed by the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and Global Ministries. He is a Joint Refugee Program Coordinator. Paul's appointment is also supported by One Great Hour of Sharing (OGHS).
