GM Missionaries Share How Partners are Responding to HIV/AIDS in South Africa
Dawn and Jon Barnes share: "In isiXhosa "Masakhane" means "let us build together." Masakhane in the Peelton location of the Eastern Cape is a support group that focuses on rendering health and social services to members of the local community who are either infected or affected by HIV and AIDS. They "build together" love by providing not only home based care to those most affected by the AIDS pandemic, but also by providing a daycare centre to 35+ children. The project has just obtained their own piece of property in the community and built their own structure to house the daycare. The project has provided a little piece of heaven for these 35 children!..." To read the rest of their report, click here:http://globalministries.org/africa/missionaries/living-in-love.html
