The Lesotho Evangelical Church Celebrates 175 Years
One of Global Ministries historic partners in southern Africa, the Lesotho Evangelical Church (LEC), celebrated 175 years on October 25-26, 2008.  Founded in 1833 by missionaries from the Paris Evangelical Missionary Society (French Reformed Church), the LEC is one of the oldest Christian churches on the continent.  The LEC is the largest protestant church in the country of Lesotho with 250,000 plus members… To read the rest of Dr Howard B. History and Update on Jack Norment Camp in Paraguay
"Sixty years after Jack Norment Camp was established, it continues to meet the needs of the people of Paraguay and nearby countries. The camp offers a variety of camps, many of which pay particular attention to the environment. In addition, new programs are providing development opportunities for the region. Child Development Centers in Laos Share About their Work
"The Laos After School Program sites serve as child development centers providing after school programs to help keep children from dropping out of school.
