The Lesotho Evangelical Church Celebrates 175 Years
One of Global Ministries historic partners in southern Africa, the Lesotho Evangelical Church (LEC), celebrated 175 years on October 25-26, 2008.  Founded in 1833 by missionaries from the Paris Evangelical Missionary Society (French Reformed Church), the LEC is one of the oldest Christian churches on the continent.  The LEC is the largest protestant church in the country of Lesotho with 250,000 plus members… To read the rest of Dr Howard B.
