This past fall, the Rev. Dr. Sharon Watkins, the General Minister and President of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) spent part of her sabbatical in Lebanon and Israel/Palestine.  During that time, she encountered the ecumenical and interfaith realities of the region, as well as engaging with Global Ministries' partners, as well as participating in the National Interreligious Leadership Initiative delegation's visit to Israel/Palestine and Jordan.  Rev. Watkins presented three sermons at Brite Divinity School, offering the Wells Sermons during Ministers' Week, February 8-10, 2010, in which she reflected on her experiences.
