And now, our Seventh Summer Program

July 17 is fast approaching and we'll soon be kicking off our seventh summer program.

• Middle East participants and XL's (second year participants who become eXtraordinary Leaders) have been accepted and confirmed, and travel arrangements are in the works. Host families for participants and staff are also in place. Selection of US participants is just about complete. This year, we'll have 21 teens from the Middle East (including 3 XL's), 12 US participants and 4 US XL's.

Globalization Conference

Hands of Peace has been invited to be a co-sponsor for the annual

"Globalization for the Common Good" conference to be held at Loyola University June 1-4. Previous conferences have been held in Istanbul, Dubai and Johannesburg.  A great opportunity to hear some interesting speakers, meet global interfaith leaders and bring HOP to a wider audience.
