First Christian Church raises money for the CDCC

The First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) of Rochester, Indiana, recently completed a capital campaign which raised $2,500.00 for the purchase of a boat motor as a part of the transportation ministry of the Christian Church in the Democratic Republic of Congo.  First Christian Church, Rochester, Indiana, is a member of the Christian Church in Indiana Region, whose partnership with the Mbandaka District of the Community of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Congo helped identify the need for these funds.   The members of First Christian write:  We ask God’s continued blessings on this gift and on our partner church in the Congo. 

Global Ministries thanks First Christian, Rochester, Indiana, for including this generous gift in their capital campaign, as surely their support will enhance the lives of brothers and sisters in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
