CHM Students Place 2nd in Competition

The Christian Hospital, Mungeli, India congratulates its nursing students who, with Nursing School Tutor Mariamma Baby, recently travelled to Ranchi Jharkhand, to participate in the CMAI’s Nurses League competition. Of the thirteen schools represented, Mungeli placed second overall and a good time was had by all! Congratulations!

Dr. Anil Henry and Dr. Teresa Henry are Global Ministries missionaries serving in Mungeli.  The School Of Nursing opened in Fall, 2011 and now has three nursing classes with approximately 20 students in each class.  The School limits admission to students from the local state of Chhattisgarh, a state with one of the highest poverty rates in all of India.
