Christian Mission in the Wake of the Arab Spring
In this article, Dr. George Sabra, President of the Near East School of Theology in Beirut, Lebanon, argues that “the proper role and mission of Christians from outside the region is to support Middle Eastern Christians and enable them to carry on their mission. Middle Eastern Christians are called specifically to “salten” Islam. For its part, world Christianity as a whole is called to make sure that the region is never emptied of its salt.”
