New JAI website launched
A New JAI website layout and template was launched recently in both English and Arabic versions, other languages to follow soon. The website highlights upcoming events, the Olive Tree Campaign, Stories and Reflections, Youth and Exchange, beside images, news ticker, and other features…
55 internationals in the 2014 Olive Tree Planting Program
From February 8-17, 2014, 55 internationals from 12 countries, namely: Australia, Canada, Denmark, England, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Palestine, Sweden, UK and USA, joined the JAI-ATG Olive Planting Program. The program included 4 planting days, as well as visits and guided tours to various areas and sites, beside professional presentations on Palestinian life under occupation. See photos of the program.
Students from Rønningen Folkehøgskole – Norway program in Palestine withthe JAI
13 Global Teenagers students from the Norwegian school had a 10-day program in Palestine with the JAI, from February 2-12, 2014. The program aimed at witnessing and experiencing life under occupation, through various guided visits and tours, presentations and interactions with Palestinian students and youth. YMCA-YWCA Haugaland -Norway – program in Palestine with the JAI
11 youth and 2 leaders from the YMCA-YWCA Haugaland in Norway were hosted and had a program in Palestine organized by the JAI, from February 22-28, 2014. The program aimed at witnessing and experiencing life under occupation, through various guided visits and tours, presentations and interactions with Palestinian students and youth.
