Dr. Joyce Baker Endowment Fund for Medical Ministries in Honduras

Honduras

The Dr. Joyce Baker Endowment Fund for Medical Ministries in Honduras was established in 2002 as a permanent fund of Wider Church Ministries, at the request of seven local churches of the United Church of Christ who wish to honor Dr. Baker’s more than 30 years of service as a mission co-worker in Honduras, working with the Evangelical and Reformed Church of Honduras.  On the occasion of her retirement, these donors wished to honor Dr. Baker and provide an ongoing source of income for medical work in Honduras and the rest of Latin America and the Caribbean.

Distributions from the Dr. Joyce Baker Endowment Fund for Medical Ministries in Honduras are used to support the medical ministries of the Evangelical and Reformed Church of Honduras or other medical ministries in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Additional contributions may be made to the principal of the Dr. Joyce Baker Endowment Fund for Medical Ministries in Honduras by check written to Wider Church Ministries and sent to:
