Accomplished during this period:
- Plastering and painting of chapel and restroom
- Security measures for chapel building
Challenges faced:
- Shortage of funds
- Difficulty paying for labor for projects
- Inability to complete projects
Future plans:
- Fix chapel window shutters
- Equip chapel with 300 plastic chairs
- Fence entire Centre grounds to prevent animals on the property
- Build accommodations for patients
Participant comments:
- Participants in programs were happy and grateful to Global Ministries and Global Ministries contributors for supporting the project.
- Participants say that the Centre is beautiful and hospitable.
- Participants are glad to have restroom facilities now.
- Participant numbers continue to grow.
- Both local and foreign visitors were glad for the physical improvements to the Centre.
Financial gifts covered the cost of:
- Sand and cement
- Steel rods
- Paint
- Turpentine
- Brushes
- Labor cost for masons and painter
- Water
